Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has sealed 10 recruitment agencies and revoked the licenses of 27 others during the third quarter of 2025 for failing to adhere to regulations.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), ministry inspection teams documented violations in 37 recruitment agencies during the July-September period.
The ministry sealed 10 non-compliant agencies and canceled the licenses of 27 after they failed to rectify issues within the given deadlines.
Recorded violations included ignoring customer complaints, non-compliance with recruitment protocols, and delays in refunding amounts to clients.
The ministry stated that monitoring of manpower agencies is an ongoing process, with inspection teams recording even the slightest infractions to ensure full regulatory adherence.
