Islamabad – Pakistan Navy Ship PNS Saif visited the Maldives during its overseas deployment, where the Mission Commander held meetings with the Maldivian military leadership.
According to ISPR, the discussions focused in detail on matters of mutual interest, naval relations, and enhancing cooperation in the field of maritime security.
During the visit, the Mission Commander also toured the Pakistan High Commission, while diplomats from various countries and members of the Pakistani community visited PNS Saif.
ISPR stated that PNS Saif also conducted a joint Passage Exercise with Maldivian vessels, aimed at further strengthening operational cooperation between the two navies.
The statement added that visits by Pakistan Navy ships reflect the friendly relations between the two countries and the promotion of maritime cooperation.
