Naval Chief Concludes Visit to Bangladesh, Meets Top Military and Defence Officials

Islamabad: Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf has successfully concluded an important visit to Bangladesh, during which he held meetings with high-ranking military and defence officials. The discussions centered on matters of mutual interest, regional maritime security, and the promotion of defence cooperation.

According to the ISPR, both countries reaffirmed their commitment to promoting peace and stability in the region. Admiral Naveed Ashraf also visited the National Defence College Bangladesh, where he met with the President of the NDC and faculty members.

The Naval Chief further held meetings with the Commander Chittagong, Commander Naval Fleet, and Area Superintendent Dockyard. He also visited the Bangladesh Naval Academy and met with the Commandant and faculty.

Admiral Naveed Ashraf emphasized the importance of collaboration in education and training, as well as the promotion of modern naval sciences. A reception was also held in his honor.
