Menlo Park: Meta has quietly rolled out a new AI-powered tool on Facebook that makes creating and posting custom images simpler than ever, enhancing the overall posting experience.
According to foreign news agencies, Meta is integrating its Artificial Intelligence (Meta AI) across various app sections. Users can now generate images of their choice simply by providing text prompts—no advanced skills required.
Previously, this was possible only through direct chats with Meta AI or other methods. Now, you can create images right inside Facebook posts for seamless sharing.
To access it, look for a new button in the “What’s on Your Mind” post box, positioned to the right of the emoji face icon at the bottom. Tap it to open Meta AI and enter your text description.
Meta AI will then produce four image options based on your prompt. Select your favorite, and use the left-side tools to edit details like style, colors, or elements until it’s perfect. Once satisfied, hit “Done” to post directly to your feed.
This feature is being introduced gradually, so it’s not yet available to everyone. It’s part of Meta’s broader push to make AI tools more accessible, similar to expansions seen on Instagram and Messenger for image generation and editing.
