Pakistan’s cement industry recorded an 11% year-on-year increase in total sales during the first five months (Jul-Nov) of FY26, reaching 21.3 million tons compared to 19.19 million tons in the same period last year.
However, November 2025 sales declined 7% YoY to 3.94 million tons from 4.24 million tons in November 2024.
On the export front, overseas shipments dropped 2% to 3.95 million tons in 5MFY26 versus 4.24 million tons last year. November exports plunged 33% YoY to just 0.54 million tons against 0.80 million tons in the corresponding month last year.
