Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has declared that Pakistan will respond with far greater force than the enemy anticipates if any aggression is attempted again.
Addressing the passing-out parade at the Pakistan Military Academy, he assured the nation, “Inshallah, we will not allow even an inch of this sacred land to fall into the hands of the enemy.”
He expressed immense pride in inspecting the parade, stating, “It is a matter of great honor and pride for me to witness this event at the Pakistan Military Academy. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the cadets from Bangladesh, Iraq, Mali, Maldives, Nigeria, Nepal, Palestine, Qatar, Sri Lanka, and Yemen for successfully completing their training at this prestigious institution.”
Field Marshal Munir paid tribute to the martyrs and their families, saying, “We are deeply indebted and grateful to our martyrs and their families, whose sacrifices have secured the freedom we enjoy today. You are the heirs of these martyrs—live a life worthy of their legacy. Be proud, as you are joining one of the world’s greatest and most distinguished armies, second to none.”
He cautioned that Pakistan’s enemies are bent on creating a wedge between the people and the armed forces to achieve their nefarious objectives. “Pakistan’s defense doctrine is based on credible deterrence and perpetual readiness, encompassing all capabilities,” he emphasized.
Highlighting the professionalism of Pakistan’s battle-hardened army, Field Marshal Munir noted that the force has proven its mettle in both conventional and unconventional warfare over the past two decades. “If aggression is attempted again, Pakistan will deliver a response far exceeding the enemy’s expectations,” he warned.
He further stated that Pakistan’s weapons, capable of striking deep and causing significant damage, would shatter India’s fabricated notion of geographical security. “The military and economic losses inflicted on the enemy will far surpass India’s expectations,” he added.
Field Marshal Munir issued a stern warning to the Indian military leadership, stating, “In a nuclear environment, there is no room for war between our two nations. I advise India to resolve fundamental issues with Pakistan based on international principles, equality, and mutual respect.”
He asserted that Pakistan would never be intimidated by rhetoric and would respond decisively to even the slightest provocation. “The responsibility for any escalation, which could lead to catastrophic consequences for the region and beyond, will rest entirely on India,” he concluded.
